Minutes per session

One in-studio session per week. Movement, breath, and mindset coaching together — not just stretching. Each 90 minutes is a complete experience.

Weekly home practice videos

Short, guided videos to reinforce each week's work between sessions. Built for real life — not hour-long practices you'll skip.

Students maximum

The group is deliberately small. Toni adjusts every body, answers every question, and makes sure no one gets overlooked.

Tools you keep forever

By week six, you have a personal practice — breath tools, alignment awareness, and a steadier mind that go with you long after the program ends.

Beginners Only runs April 14 – May 19, every week at 5:30–7 pm at Solar Plaza, #310, Billings.

Foundation & First Relief

Body awareness, safe starting postures, and your first breath practices. You'll feel a difference before you leave.


WEEK 2

Alignment & Forward Folds

How your body is designed to move — and how to work with it instead of against it.


WEEK 3

Backbends, Twists & Breath Deepening

Opening the front body, releasing the back, and learning how breath drives every movement.


WEEK 4

Nervous System & Mental Steadiness

The mind-body connection made practical — why stress is experienced in the body and how to let it go.


WEEK 5

Strength, Stability & Integration

Building real functional strength — the kind that makes everyday movement feel easier.


WEEK 6

Your Practice. Your Life.

Putting it all together into a practice you own. You leave with tools, not dependency.
