    • You'll practice intelligent movement + breath training + guided integration

    • Miss a week? No problem. Zoom recordings will be available in case you miss an in-studio session or a Zoom session.
  • 1 25-minute pre-recorded home practice (to build a practice habit) Home practice is on-demand—do it whenever your schedule allows.
  • Clear weekly focus so you know exactly what you’re doing and why
  • Ask & Get Answers: each week you can email with your most burning question and get your answer. This is private so it's safe to ask what serves you most.
